Hey guys! I am exciting about starting this diet. I love the whole concept, and the fact that I CHOOSE which foods I want to eat. But, I haven’t started this diet yet. lol…. I bought the e-book, I bought the food, but now I am in a rut. I didn’t have time to “cook” this morning so I didn’t know if I could eat something else a instead and then eat one of the other meals later? Also, can I start on Tuesdays? Do I have to start on Mondays?

Hi Devon, I don’t see a problem with starting on a Tuesday. The diet runs in an 11 day on and 3 day off rotation, so as long as you can keep track of where you are there should be no problem. Also if you need to ease into it slowly because you didn’t have time to cook one day that is also fine. It’s like anything else in life, have a plan and do your best to follow it, but don’t beat yourself up if you fall short once in awhile, just get back on the plan as soon as you can and you will see results…
